We’ve designed this particular wax to achieve reliable results even in cooler climates – with superior container adhesion, resisting shrinkage and frosting. Our Superior CocoSoy A05 has a beautiful and natural creamy soy finish and is formulated to retain a smooth and even surface, the coconut wax component gives it a showroom look.
Superior CocoSoy A05 is the result of a 12 month laboratory trialling period where we explored different waxes and hundreds of different blend ratios to achieve a container wax which has outstanding hot and cold scent throw and performs consistently in adverse conditions - as well as the 3 month, interactive testing period where we distributed wax around the world to receive real life feedback.

Technical Information
Melt Point: Peak melting temperature 47.5°C
Congealing Point: Congealing temperature 43°C
Suggested Heating Range: Range of heating 65 - 75°C
Suggested Pouring Range: Pouring range 45°C - 65°C
Suggested Max Fragrance Load: 6-8%^ - this depends on the potency of the fragrance so testing is required.
Contents: Made up primarily of natural soy bean and blended Coconut wax, the A05 also contains a plant based additive which assists the candle setting smoothly.
Please note these figures are a recommendation and not instructions. If you are having difficulties achieving desired results, we recommend testing with different fragrance oils at different temperatures.
^ Value dependant on the quality and potency of the fragrance so testing is required for optimum results. This will also vary on type of oil used, i.e. fragrance oil or essential oil, etc. Please note, the standard fragrance load for Scents by LCS Fragrance Oils are commonly 6-8% but variations will be dependant on the potency of the oil.

Our Recommendation
Superior CocoSoy A05 is perfect for candle makers of all experience levels - it has an amazing creamy soy finish, fantastic wall adhesion resulting in an amazing finished candle. The Superior CocoSoy A05 is relatively easy to work with - and ready to go on any high-end retail shelf.
A05 CocoSoy Wax cartons include cut-out handles making them easier to pick-up and move around!
CONSISTENCY
It is widely recognised that performance consistency is the foundation of any great wax. Once your ideal fragrance ratio has been identified through your own testing, the Superior CocoSoy A05 will not disappoint. Other waxes on the market tend to morph when the temperature drops, resulting in wax shrinkage and you'll begin to see the wax 'coming away' from the edges of the jar. One of the unique traits of this wax is the ability to perform consistently in cooler climates retaining a smooth, creamy soy finish without the shrinkage.
ANTI-SWEAT/ANTI-Shrink
Another trait unique to All Seasons Wax is the Anti Sweat & Anti Shrink properties which we've worked hard to achieve. The Superior CocoSoy A05 wax has been developed soft enough so that the wax won't shrink in winter - but firm enough that it'll retain its attractive smooth finish.
Candle frosting is also a result of wax shrinking - the unattractive blotches are actually the gap between jar and wax. This blend of wax also is effective at stopping frosting.
The Coconut wax element means the wax is malleable enough to give a supreme level of adhesion.
SCENT THROW
While scent-throw is also dictated by the percentage and the strength of difference fragrances, the wax used to make the candle still has a large impact on hot and cold scent throw. Being a natural wax, the Superior CocoSoy has a beautiful, deep and clean burn pool which has excellent scent propulsion.
Fragrance
Through our testing - many fragrance and essential oils work with Superior CocoSoy A05. It would be impossible for us to test every single fragrances compatibility so what we suggest is trialling to find what works best for you.
The maximum fragrance load we would recommend is 10% but of course this depends on your fragrance as strength and potency varies between oils.
APPEARANCE
Superior CocoSoy A05 has a gorgeous, creamy soy appearance which resists shrinkage and frosting in cooler climates - resulting in a great looking finished candle, ready for any retail shelf!
SHELF LIFE & BURN TIME
Our waxes have all been designed and developed with consistency and stability in mind. Whilst burn time is heavily controlled by the size of the jar and the wick, across the board with All Seasons Wax you can expect consistency.
As this blend of wax is new we can only guarantee+12 month shelf life for candles produced with Superior CocoSoy A05 however you can expect a stable and attractive shelf life of around 3 years.
